Oh Murdoch Media, You’ve Done It Again

They just can’t help themselves.

So used to pointing the moving finger of accusation at the ALP, that every negative story Murdoch media runs has to make Labor look bad in some way, even when the story has absolutely nothing to do with the ALP.

Either that or they are hoping people will read the headline and not the rest of the article.

If someone never reads beyond the headline, they will still be left with a negative impression of the ALP.

As the poet Maya Angelou said “I’ve learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel.”

Voters might not remember who did what, or who said what, but they will have the feeling, the impression, that Labor is all these negative things as portrayed in the press, and emotions are often stronger than facts when it comes to casting a vote.
